Racial Justice

We intentionally seek to embody the love of Christ in the ways we see, love, and walk alongside the diverse groups of people that make up both our Imago community and the city we live in. As we seek to push into the relational and systemic brokenness causing racial injustice in our city, our hope is that mercy and justice would define our steps along the way.

  • Holla is changing the narrative for Black, Brown, and Indigenous kids and youth in our beautiful city. Imago with Holla believes in the power and potential of Black, Brown and Indigenous children and seeks to create spaces for them to show up in society as their full selves. You can check out their website and find ways to volunteer as a mentor in the community today.

  • Periodically, we invite our community into circles of learning and trust as we begin to do the personal work around race in the context of relationships in our shared faith community. You can learn more about Faith+Race Circles when they’re happening on the Events page and you can reach out to seth@idcdpx.com anytime fore more info on when the next ones will take place.
