Two years ago, we as a community were called into a space of stopping all of our activity in order to be active in prayer. We stopped all meetings, home communities, and gatherings, and spent the summer of 2009 acknowledging our dependence upon God and calling on Christ for our every need and desire. Out of that summer, our community found a rhythm of corporate prayer on the last Wednesday of every month--a space set aside to come together in prayer.
Now, two years later, we unveil a physical space, set aside and dedicated to prayer. The hope is that God's people would gather, whether few or many, to call on the name of Jesus in the presence of His Spirit for the salvation of souls, the healing of hearts, the redemption of lives and the transformation of our City so that the Gospel would go forth into all the world and Christ would receive the reward of His suffering, the salvation of those that are His own.
The calendar below lists the different prayer times. Some groups meet weekly, some bi-monthly, and others monthly. Click on an event to see more information.
NOTE: Some Prayer times are gender specific.
The space is located behind the Imago Dei Sanctuary. The entrance is on the corner of 15th and Ash.
