Garry Friesen is known as Dr. G at Multnomah Bible College and simply G at Imago Dei.  For over 30 years he has taught courses that focus on the Bible and C.S. Lewis. The author of Decision Making and the Will of God, as well as founder of the local mentoring house, Aslan’s How, Garry is committed to seeing Christ's people grow in authentic community and in their knowledge of God's will.

Luke Hendrix serves as the Executive Pastor at Imago Dei, where he and his wife, Donna, have been since 2002. Prior, Luke served in different ministry roles for more than 25 years. A strong believer in the idea that our Christian heritage will not be left in buildings or programs, Luke is committed to empowering the next generation of leadership in all areas of church ministry. Luke loves the Bible, he loves to preach, and loves to ride his bikes.

Don Rhodes

Don Rhodes and his wife, Lisbeth, began attending Imago Dei in 2004. Two years later, led by their passion to serve married couples in the church, they started Imago’s marriage ministry. Don's service with Imago and his work as an electronics engineer keeps him busy. But word is he still finds time to enjoy remodeling his house, reading, playing baseball, and surfing.

Creighton Kearns

Creighton Kearns has served on the elder board since it was established in 2002. Prior, he and his wife, Jokay, spent 6 months in Latin America and subsequently began seminary in Los Angeles with the intent of going to the mission field. God gave them a clear call, however, to remain in the U.S. as lay leaders in the church. Creighton graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and works today as an engineering manager in downtown Portland.  He and Jokay have four children.
